ScottishDunc Posted April 20, 2015 Share Posted April 20, 2015 What about running the grav pistol. With a 5 man squad you should be able to get within 12" with both infiltrate and scout. Urauloth Posted April 21, 2015 Share Posted April 21, 2015 One shot for the price you pay for the pistol is hard to justify, especially considering the likelyhood that the squad will get squished the first time your opponent shoots. Focus on turn one damage, imo. I do like the idea of a scout bike unit with a combi-grav. They're a little more durable, and they can charge on turn 2 if they survive. You could give them a launcher if you wanted for a couple of S6 low AP shots in the opening salvo (or a couple of S3 blasts to rack up hits and potentially force saves, depending on what you're shooting your grav shots at) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jolemai Posted June 15, 2015 Share Posted June 15, 2015 Tried out a Scout Sergeant with a combi-grav the other day but sadly there were no suitable targets.
