Emperor's Furor
In the new Daemonkin book there's a warband called The Brazen Beasts and they are described as having Bloodied Brass armour, I believe there's an actual model representation of them on pages 58 and 59 prior to the page with the Bloodthirster of Unfettered Fury. I was wondering how you thought they may of achieved it? Have they mixed something like Doombull Brown with a metallic colour? Brother Mayhem
http://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Brass-Paint-Collection?_requestid=9713641 This probably is a good start, certain colours will be there. Might be worth sending an email to GW to see if they can tell you. Carlson793
Haven't seen the Daemonkin book, but the effect you're describing reminds me of what I've been doing with my Salamanders lately. Start with a metallic base coat, then successive coats of a wash (in my case Biel-Tan Green; for bloody brass probably Bloodletter glaze). You end up with a rich color with a strong metallic aspect.
