arisen
When fielding a blood host detachment with khorne daemonkin, do you get the boon of khorne benefit for your entire detachment? I guess not because it mentions "in this formation", which would only apply to units in the slaughtercult. So no army-wide FNP and +1A as I've seen mentioned in several places. I'm just a little confused since the blood tithe table says "all friendly units with the blood for the blood god special rule...". Quixus
If a special rule is restricted to units "in this formation" it is restricted to the units in this formation. If a rule is restricted to units "with the blood for the blood god special rule" it is restricted to those units regardless of the detachment they belong to. As Blood Tithe points are generated and a saved army-wide, and not detachment-wide, it is pretty straightforward that they grant army-wide benefits when spent as well.
