Question about modelling Termies from a new player

Heya guys, got a question on how to most effeciently model my GK terminators, 

I decided to mainly go for halberds and 1 hammer in the squads, is this a bad idea in itself?

 

And my main question, that i am struggling with, Where do i put my hammer? Do i put it on my justicar, do i put together with my psycannon, or a normal  bolter guy? If you guys could give me some tactical insight on this, i would be thrilled.

for justicar, a master crafted falchion would be useful against challenges.

for the halberds... there's a long discussion about how useful they are vs falchions...

There really is only one melee weapon choice that matters, and that choice is magnetize. All other choices are more restrictive, and can cause issues when the codex updates.

I picked up a lot of my GK secondhand and my first goal is to start breaking/snipping arms and adding magnets.  I have enough special weapons, but the inability to switch out halberds/swords/falchions is a bother and prevents me from staying wysiwyg and shaving a few points from a list by easily switching out weapons.
