deekin
Hey guys, was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this sort of thing having one army representing two or more legions. For example, two of my favorite legions, Word Bearers(post-heresy) and Thousand Sons(Pre-heresy), having a similar paint scheme i was thinking if had used the bulk of the force in both armies then added the legion specific ones thus having two legion for almost the price of one. Anyone tried this or maybe using 30k legions as 40k SM AND CSM, just wanting to get the best model count to table-top customisation ratio possible. Tychii
It's your army, do whatever you want. You just have to justify it to yourself. Aka. Tau, eldar, Knights army Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/306301-one-army-two-legions/#findComment-4012143 Share on other sites

Tau, eldar, Knights army True but i am more interested in specific armies that other people have found to look similar or managed to use in different systems. Ideally having something like 4K points of stuff in total where i have two different legion armies as well as a CSM army and a SM army as an example all at about 3K points. Tychii
The big issue will be when the thousand sons models actually come out, your marines might look quite different to what fw has in mind Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/306301-one-army-two-legions/#findComment-4012201 Share on other sites
