Here's the first results of my information foray (written so that Rashbold can cut/paste): 
 
114 - last seen at auction - 20 Apr, 2015
260 - last seen at auction - 20 Apr, 2015
388 - last seen at auction - 20 Apr, 2015
392 - last seen at auction - 20 Apr, 2015
Low 700's - last seen at auction - 20 Apr, 2015
 
 
Note that 114, 260 and 392 are all from the same seller (and the three numbers were disclosed freely). Also note that the ''Low 700's" is likely the seller already contacted by Rashbold.

mithrilforge: Affirmative. It can certainly leave one cog-smacked. How can the Omnissiah allow such flesh-faced Shylok-drones to continue? 

 

Let not the faith in His infinite design waver. Cogs turn cogs, eventually moving parts of the machine that have no idea of how they serve the prime-motivators that began the journey of motive force. These sacred books will make their way into the mechadendrites of His true followers. Perhaps members of the machine brotherhood had missed the initial release of the books, or simply didn't have the necessary funds at the time.

 

Now, they will be able to acquire them. Some may see them as a flesh-based luxury or sign of vanity. This is not the case. They are an appreciative form honouring His great works. They are a tribute to and symbol of the faith in Him that sets us on our own paths of seeking knowledge and endless service in bringing those who would corrupt his Grand Design to a swift and final end.  

 

The seller-drones will not be able to gouge the credit-banks of truth-seekers as much as they wish. Their cog-boggling greed will fail them eventually.

 

The Machine God's followers will continue onward, long after these peddlers have been ground to dust under His Great Wheel.

At the required demand of the Omnissiah, I was directed to others in possession of the most Holy of Documents.  Spread out amongst the worthy to ensure that the Machine God's will is known to all that cross us.

 

I will use it to lead the Expeditionary Force of Skitarii Vanguard under my command to crush those who doubt the Machine God's wrath.
