BallsMcSpanky Posted April 27, 2015 Share Posted April 27, 2015 Hello I'm new to Warhammer 40k. Some friends at my local gaming store got me into the game. They though starting now would be the best opportunity to get into the game because we have a 3 month long tournament coming up next month. So I bought the starter set Dark Vengeance, the re-released version that comes with the extra chaos marine model, and tried a 500 point list against a regular player. I got demolished but no worries. I still want to play. I decided to look for a community online that might be willing to help me get a list together working with what I have from the starter set. I will post this elsewhere when I can with a more detailed explanation of the tournament itself. Edit: Also where on the forum would I post about army building tips and suggestions? Might I suggest, if you're looking for list advice, that you post a topic in one of the subforums in the Army List Review forum?
