Hello everybody ! So i try to follow your advices and now it looks like this ;)

On the shoulder, i use a mark for the squad (a line for squad 1) and for the other a mark for my regiment (a lightning because my regiment's name is "The thunderers") ;)

The models are improving each time, but don't forget that you'll be painting a fair few troops so might not want to spend too long on each one!

Yes you'e right but i want i good result on the table too x)

So i prefer spend a long time and get a beautiful army :D

These look loads better now 

If you look at your first trooper you posted and the last one you can really see the improvement of use of blending the dark to light

If all the troops carry on like this it'll be a good looking army.

Indeed, they will look glorious as all Guard armies do! The only thing better than it is of course yet more Guard models ;)

I like them, but beware of too much lightning on shoulders. Could look like an SS-logo, wich I take you dont want.

But please carry on..! :)

The ss logo is with two lightenings no ? Because there is only one, it's the mark of my regiment, but thanks you for yor commentary ;)

It's not lightning, although I see the resemblance. It's an ancient rune for the sun that some idiot nazi re-imagined as a rune for victory...then later another idiot nazi noted that it resembles an "s", and created the logo to represent SchutzStaffel, with an additional meaning of "victory! victory!" Someone told me they even went so far as to add a key to their typewriters to be able to type the rune instead of settling for a boring old "s".

So what can i do ? Because is a little hard to paint

Sorry if this is a bit late, but I'll just throw these ideas out there...

 

Painting: Remember that most gaming tables can be very realistic in the greens and browns so anyway to make the models "pop" would be helpful. Even if you're adding another highlight to the jacket or making the base a lighter colour tan.

 

Modeling: Having models look down their barrels look cool and it looks like you've already started.

Using the washes helps with the trousers, if it's just dark grey then it's easy to layer it with washes to hide any brush strokes.
