The chair is from the Forge World resin Knight kits. The figure is converted from a Guard Scion.

The only way you'll find that bit is from a recaster and GW has done a really good job of shutting down the recasters. You would be better off trying to duplicate the chair with plasticard and bits.

Just found some for sale on ebay. I picked up one for myself. It looks beautiful. I am now waiting on the pilot from forge world....
