BlodVargarna
If one made 2x2 terrain tiles, how does one fix them together so they don't separate during play or fall off the kitchen table? hendrik
what material are they made off, how big is the table underneath it? I've made 2'x2' mdf tiles but just leave them standing on the table underneath, no issues with falling off table. the cheapest method to actually keep them together might be velcro strips glued on underneath? Peredyne
I would use rubber grommets on the corners and one in the center on the underside of the piece. The rubber would give some grip and texture to keep the pieces from sliding around but would easily let you pick them up and store them. Canadian_F_H
This is good. I've been working up plans for a table to. Seams the standard is a 4x6 nowadays. Used to be 4x8 ten years ago... Not sure which is prefer... Might go classic and build 4x8... With 8 2x2 sections. What are you building your out of? old git
Yup, the generally accepted table is 6x4 thesedays. Most clubs and tournies use this size. The beauty of modular tables is that you can start off fairly simple with a 6x4 and add sections later to make a bigger table or to add variety to your existing set up.
