I'm from Florida and have been playing Warhammer 40k for almost 2 years now. The armies I normally run are the Alpha Legion and the Knight house Aerthegn in both 30k and 40k. So far I have close to 2500pts of Alpha Legion and a single knight with two more on the way for the next ETL vow for 30k and it is ever expanding. I also have a small Skitarrii detachment for 40k. I've got a pile of models that I'm wanting to get done and figured this would be a good way to get the motivation to finish em up in a timely fashion.
