Then no shield for you my friend :P But you can only charge a unit you shot and you have no weapons up your rear end, so I guess that would require some innovative conversions :D

Not exactly true as by that definition models without ranged weapons like Hormagaunts and Genestealers would never be allowed to charge, so it is only if you shot that this would be a problem.  I mean forgoing your shooting to moonwalk into the assault may not be the optimal choice, but if your shield is rear facing and you feel you must have it against that overwatch then cue up Billie Jean and glide on in with style.

Ah well, I was assuming you have the good sense to shoot your weapons beforehand :D But by that logic, yeah, you are technically right. Are there any rules saying that walkers can only walk with their front facing forward?
