Ovidius Incertus
This one http://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Citadel-Warhammer-40-000-Basing-Kit ? It's got a good variety of stuff in it. You'll need super glue of some sort to deal with the resin basing bits. I have found that the smaller resin bits are often really big on a 25mm base, and even on a 32mm. They're pretty deep/tall, so filing the bottom side helps them fit in, scale-wise, in my opinion. There are 40mm ones that will fit an entire Terminator base. The two bags of ballast are a decent selection of small and larger sized pebbles. You could use PVA glue or super glue for those. I've never actually used the brass etch bits. There's only one or two on there that fit my basing styles, and it's using the only one of its kind on the sheet. Overall, it's a pretty decent selection of items.
