Guest Musketeer12 Posted May 24, 2015 Share Posted May 24, 2015 So, after a two year hiatus i am finally re-entering 40k with the BA once again, so any pointers on what to buy first would be great. Basically, i already have 30+ tac marines (all old moulds), 10 termies (5 of assault and 5 regular), 5 assault marines (with or without packs), command squad, 2 chaplains, dante, a pred (annhilator) and a rhino. Apart from the book, what would be good to buy as a first start? And also, could anyone suggest a decent starting list? Also, has the BA battleforce been removed? Aqui Posted May 24, 2015 Share Posted May 24, 2015 The nearest to the BA Battleforce (which has been discontinued) is either: http://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Sanguine-Strike-Company Or http://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Shield-of-Baal-Deathstorm-English Yes, it has Xenos in it, but if you know of someone who wants the 'Nids, then you'll get roughly half of the cost of the box set back, plus you'd get the mini rule book and the Deathstorm campaign rule book too! In my opinion you can go wrong with a Frurioso Dread too; all my opponents are openly disgusted with my awesome Frag-Furioso "Big Crispin" because he wrecks so much heretic face.
