Tech Priest conversion

I'm building two tech priest up for my coming cult mech army.

 

I'm working on converting one from Inquisitor Karamazov. I'm just in it for the chair and karamzov himself. I'm gonna lob off his head and throw on the papal tech priest head on top. My question is what should i do with the servitors?? I kind of don't like them. I was tempted to replace them with a guns.

So far i've chaved off most those "I"s with the skulls and green stuffed the back and front to get a smooth surface. I'm also thinking i might green stuff the side panels to get more smooth surfaces. The tech priest spur has a wonderful big cult mech skull and cog to throw on the back or front. .

 

 Any ideas would rock. Thanks for any input ^.^
