Onehip
K according to their ROW you can have more heavy/fast than Troops. Does that include taking a heavy as a Dedicated transport? What about squadrons? If I take three predator tanks does that count as one choice? Lastly, is there no point in taking a vex with their strength of will rule? Carlson793
1) You've got it backwards. "Detachments using this Rite of War cannot take more Heavy Support and Fast Attack choices in total than they have Troops choices in the detachment." So if you take two Legion Tactical Squads and a Pyroclast Squad (NC Troops for this RoW), you will be limited to a combined three Heavy Support/Fast Attack units. 2) If a Heavy Support model is available and taken as a Dedicated Transport, it's a Dedicated Transport, not Heavy Support. 3) Squadrons are a single FoC choice, so (using the Predator as an example) you have the option of taking 1-3 Predators, even with different load outs, for each Heavy Support slot you have. With regards to the Salamanders RoW, this means that if you have three Troops choices and no Fast Attack choices, you can have up to 9 Predators in your detachment. For the Vexilla/Strength of Will interaction...I'll let someone else give a more informed ruling.
