Dreadknight question

It's a bit of a grey area (there is a similar issue of whether you can Shunt Interceptors out of a building or fortification). I think you should just go with the conservative interpretation, which is that coming on from Reserves is a normal move. And obviously you can't Shunt after Deepstriking, because Deepstriking itself 'uses up' your Movement phase.

In general, I don't Reserve Dreadknights. Their alpha-strike potential is huge, and you do not want that many points off-table for potentially 2-3 turns.

Hey mate,
I’ve been playing it so as I can’t Shunt after Deep Striking, but you get your NSF detachment run move as normal since Shunt is a move, and you can’t move after Deep Striking! This might be wrong, but it’s how I play it.

However it begs the question, why shunt after deep striking? Just deep strike where you want to be :) And since you can’t charge after Deep Striking or Shunting anyway, the D6 run + 12” next round ought to get you where you want to be. Saving the Shunt for a last turn objective cap instead.
