TyTyMcFly
I want to have 8 or so DC with J*ump packs. I also want Dante. Had anyone tried running them together in reserves?
Karhedron
I would probably prefer to start them off on the table as I can usually assault on Turn 2. Otherwise you will be looking at a Turn 3 assault at the earliest if they deep strike. The real advantage of DC + Dante is using Hit & Run to repeatedly break off and re-charge for the +!1A/+1S/+1I and also for the extra distance those move allow them to cover. evildrcheese
I run Dante with my DC all the time. I also throw a Chaplain in there to really make the most of hit and run, rage with rerolls and a repeat button is brutal. Also with Dante's high I int2 attack he cuts down all before anything strikes back and a couple of powerfists at I1 as a farewell hit is sweet. Xenith
I want to have 8 or so DC with hump packs. Wrong game ;) Don't reserve them. Too many points off table!
TheSauce
Agreed, and 2+/4++ EW dante is amazing for tanking wounds when he starts on the table.
