~2000 pts Ultramarine Shopping List

Hello all! Now that all the GW prime releases are going to slow down a bit while they switch over to fantasy it's about time for me to finally jump into the 30k pit. When starting something new I usually like to come up with an army list that I can work towards first for the average pt value, and 2000 pts seems kind of the standard 30k battle. Since I haven't actually played a game of 30k yet I'm really not sure what is good or not so I would love some critiques. Since I don't have most of this stuff yet I won't mind changing except for a couple things which I will post after the list. Thanks!

Ok so I have a Vindicator Laser Destroyer already so that needs to be in for sure. The only reason I have a Predator in there is because I have a plastic one and it'll help me save a little money, I could be convinced to not take it if they are absolutely awful (if just a little awful I'll probably still take it ). I really want to take the Invictarus Suzerains (when they are actually released) just because they look absolutely stunning, and I really REALLY want a Primarch so I plan on keeping Roboute.

Everything else I am really not sure of. I don't have a Sicarian yet but they seem amazing in 30k and 40k so that's why that is in there. I generally like to put my troops in transports for the extra mobility, but I'm not sure if Rhinos are worth it with the higher 30k power level. Also not sure if that is too many Tac Marines or too few. Also not sure if I need/want a Praetor if I'm taking Roboute. At lot of the reason I wanted one was to use some of the cool 30k stuff like a Paragon Blade. My first draft had a Spartan Assault Tank filled with Terminators, but without Storm Shields I'm not sure if Terminators are worth it. Is 30k filled with ap2 as much as 40k? Plus the unit ended up being over 800 pts. 30k Terminators just look so awesome though. Also considering a Dreadnought of some kind but not sure.

Edit: Oh and is it possible to add in just one Imperial Knight to a 30k list? I don't have book 4 yet so not sure.

You can take knights, and I'm not sure at 2000 points if you want a praetor aswell as Guilliman, I'd suggest a chaplain to give him and the invictarii a bit more punch as you don't want them in combats for several turns and you could save 100 points off the praetor and do you have any specific use for guillimans rules?
