New to guard and I played in 5th I was wondering if penal legion are still fun and reasonably good I remember them being a barrel of laughs in 5th. Ulrik_Ironfist Posted June 24, 2015 Share Posted June 24, 2015 Conscripts are the way to go for the penal legion. The numbers are right for such a unit. For my penal legion, I plan on using Chaos cultists for the models (unmodified, because they look right for crazed dregs and criminals), and conscripts rules.
