Something I find helped a lot was to prop a sheet of plain white card against the back of the desk and snap the pictures with the models a little in front of the card. The plain background makes it easier to see the details. Rastamarine Posted July 22, 2015 Author Share Posted July 22, 2015 I'm back it was my birthday last weekend and I've been pretty much celebrating it for most of the month, but I digress I'm back settled and back on the hobby wagon. My chapter is called the Ghosts of Zion and they are an Iron Hands successor chapter, I am using the Clan Rauukan rules for the army. I haven't been completely unproductive in my festivities as after some heresy painting some filthy xenos I have managed to do some work on the remaining five members of a Tactical squad and started work on my new chapter master. Rastamarine Posted July 27, 2015 Author Share Posted July 27, 2015 My crazy sleeping patterns have kicked in again after the mad friday night I had so been up all night and in that time I managed to assemble a command squad to act as a retinue for Lord Commander Cassius Tyson. While looking through my bitz I managed to find an old school apothecary which I fell in love with again and had to include him in the command squad, the only problem with this is the size difference as he stands around a head smaller than every other marine I own but I'll just have to get over it. this veteran was originally a vet sarge of a tac squad but have re-purposed him.
