I think I even saw it in the GW preorder add? So what happened to that? I haven't seen a mention of it again after the release. Does someone here have these new rules? Also fluffily, why would you? :P This is the exact copy that GW gave out last Christmas on Dec 25 with the iPad/e version of Cypher. Only difference is it's in a paper book format. I wanted it, but sadly they were all sold out so I missed out. Other than that, if you want it, get the e-verison of it. I am glad I got the iPad interactive version. It was a nice read. Other than being in paperback format with some cool retooled artwork, like what's being used in the new codexes. You cannot play Cypher with Dark Angels in a Battleforged army.
