Greetings brothers,

This is my first WIP post! I've been so inspired over the last few years by some the work on B&C I felt the need to contribute. I've played Blood Angels since 2nd edition, eventually settling on the Flesh Tearers.

I give you Carnarvon, WIP:

C&C welcome!

Thanks for all the comments. It makes the amount of time hacking the head off my metal chaplain worthwhile!

Base colours and washes done, need to find some time over the weekend to start adding layers/highlights.

I've checked the B&C 101 - how do I add photos directly into the post?

Take the picture from the gallery and click on the "share links" button on the side. Copy and paste the one that says "image link".

Put and [ /img] either side of the link, only without the space before the / in the second set of square brackets, and that should do it :)

Great Job. I love this Model. I buyed him also for a simple Headswap Kitbash.

I played the Captain only once yet but i´m eager to field him soon for fungames. :smile.:

Where is the Head from? Chaos?

His head went on an jump Pack Librarian.

Cheers guys, I'll post a final pic when he's done.

The head is cut from an old 2nd chaplain I've had for a while. This is the best image of the original model I could find:

Carnarvon is almost done, just working on the base and weathering powders.

I've been working on this handsome chap after his head swap:

I'll try and get some final pics done soon.....

Thanks for all the comments, it's keeping me motivated!

@indefragable - two handed crozius rules sound awesome, not sure I will convince an opponent though!

Minor update:

Weathering done, needs some static grass and then I'll post some final pics of the two chaps!

Might turn this into a general WIP blog. The comments are keeping up my progress! Thanks for the support!
