Space Hulk - small map, homebrew missions

so i'm making a space hulk set (here) and this is requiring a lot of printing which takes a while.

 

in order to keep motivated i'm aiming to produce enough segments to actually play a 'proper' game, rather than just a couple of corridors and a "T" junction.

With that in mind i put together a mission with a smaller than normal map so i have an easier goal (for printing). it uses just standard pieces (i.e. not extras/more than you'd get in the standard box set).

 

 

so the question is... does anyone have their own small map, homebrew missions they could recommend?

 

below is a list of ones i've made and i'd be happy to add links anyone elses mission...

Looks interesting - the first few turns could be tricky, depending on how the blips turn out.

 

Your victory conditions are a bit off. By the end of the game, there will have been 7 marines in play. That means the marines can have three in the final room (marine victory) whilst the stealers can also have killed three or four marines (stealer victory)...

yep, logic is a bit off (added the reinforcements as an after thought). needs a test game to iron out the details.

anticipating the first couple of rounds could be hairy.

 

[edit] later... seems to play quite well.

later still.... the middle when you get a build up of GS makes for some decent tension.... plus having so few dudes to lose.

SH rocks my power armored socks.

(note re map, on my 3d printed tiles the doors count as a square of distance as they're big, need to adjust for regular/official board)
 


[edit: amendment to victory conditions: terminators must get 5 models (of 7) to the exit room.... so genestealers kill 3 denies victory]
[edit: map amended slightly, making the genestealer entry a bit closer]

[edit: added second mission, as yet untested. and the 'blocking' is within 6 squares of the gs entry points]
[edit: test played the 2nd mission. surprised me that it was more difficult for GS. provided the sm can keep overwatch concentration the GS have no option but to charge with so little room. considering extending the GS entry corridors and making the blocking area further down as blocking is not overly difficult. not bad though. cramped but fun.]

[edit: mission 3 untested as yet. might need to shorten the map as it takes just under 12 turns to get that far (including open doors, and excluding any fighting, and excluding command points)]
[edit: test played the 3rd mission. was ok. the linear aspect stands out.]
[edit: 3rd mission map amended, upping the GS force and added extra T segment before final objective]
