major higgins Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 A friend of mine argued that Forlorn Hope is no more available because is stated that you must have an attacker and a defender in order to declare it. Effectively in the rule is stated this, but how does it works in 7th edition? No more Forlorn Hope? This will means no more assault brigade, because the siege list is much more viable if you cannon assault is trench and re-use your troopers... Not entirely helpful no, but to be fair an opponent who would kick up a stink about this sort of thing would cause a smell one way or another...
