Useful in situations where there isn't air, such as the sea (Aquaman Pionus), "hazardous environments" (Morro), space (Yucahu), or gas grenades (Azus). I disqualify Pionus because his armour is described as "super streamlined" and (although WiP) this looks quite rough (and I believe his helm has been described not looking like this), you expressed desire to have Azus wear a hood, so that leaves Morro, Yucahu, and me starting with wrong hypotheses.
