Papa Lazarou
thanks guys. for the weathering I just keep it quite simple really. To do the chipping I sponge on black, skaag brown then silver in the order and for the dust its several layer of forgeworld grey ash powder sealed between each stage to build it up. Once I'm happy with that I airsbrush a heavily diluted ungor flesh across the bottom of the tank and then use use the air from the airbrush to move it into the recesses, got that from the forgeworld team so can't take credit for that bit Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/312033-heresy-ultramarines/page/4/#findComment-4414635 Share on other sites
Charlo
Nice little bit of insight! In terms of sponging... Is it like drybrushing, but with a sponge? So a small amount of paint just lightly dabbed on? Yeah just put a bit of paint on a sponge then dab off the excess so it's quite light then off you go ☺ Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/312033-heresy-ultramarines/page/4/#findComment-4415099 Share on other sites
