Father Mehman
I am loving that skin! I mean, the rest of the models are very nice but that skin is something else. Great work ! Xenith
People like you are the reason I will never paint. Practice, practice, practice. You'll be surprised how good you get in a short space of time when you challenge yourself and are persistent. For example, the red on those models have probably 12 coats to bring them up to color. evildrcheese
The battle damage on the armour is fantastic. Out of interest, do you have any insights on how you'd achieve such an effect on white armour? Lord Asher
Thanks everyone for the kind words. evildrcheese: White is tricky, what I do is use a sponge (piece of foam from a case will do) and stipple a mix of brown and black on the model. Then come back with Silver "chips". Here's a heavily damaged priest I did. http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt198/gostashay/IMG_20111204_195646.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/312346-some-recent-dc-models/#findComment-4149153 Share on other sites
