4000pt IF Pride list (Super Heavy throw down!)

So I have a game on Sunday and I am planning on bringing the below list. I have played a couple of 4000pt games and I have found that my army is to static and not enough long range shooty stuff. My usual list has me taking 2 maxed breacher squads with the Stone Gauntlet as my Row, its nice as my army can take a beating but just too slow. 

 

To the list and then i will explain what I am thinking, this list is set in stone but i would like a critique on how I plan on using it and suggestions for where to take it in the future. we agreed that we should have a super heavy tank throw down my Glaive vs his Falchion.

Okay so Polox rides with the Templars and pushes up with the rest of the armor, Heavy support squad, Tac support squad, Master of Signal and the rapiers hold the line and support the armor. The Tactical blob and the 2 terminators squads deep strike into his lines and hunt his falchion and free up room for my Glaive to do some major damage.

 

Any thoughts?

One observation is that you have virtually no anti air to speak of.  A few lightnings, fire raptors or even Storm Eagles would sow havok amongst your lines with you unable to retaliate reliably and when you do you will be snap firing
