Mechanicus ally fluff/scheme, what do?

Most of you know that I have my XVth legion project going on, but I'm adding 1000 points of AdMech allies to them. I wanted to ask the community to help me figure out what Forgeworld they're from for fluff and painting purposes.

Models wise, I'm getting:

-> Archmagos Malagra

-> 4 Ferrox Thallax

-> 2 Darkfire Castellax

-> Thanatar siege automata

My intention was that they were a detachment sent to join one of the XVth legion expeditions, to help recover STCs and punish hereteks. The AdMech, I assume, would be of a like mind to the the Thousand sons in that they'd both be seeking out repositories of knowledge and arcane tech likely heavily guarded by non compliant worlds. Thus, why there's a lot of assault/mobile heavy weaponry in this adjoining force.

Now I did some research, and Prospero is actually very close to Ryza on the galactic scale. I like this as its already an established forge world, however, I'd hate doing that orange color for my AdMech. I was thinking along the lines of a more more indigo/deep purple color for the base armor, and gold shoulder plates/decorative armor. Something like House Orhlacc.

Should I "create" my own Forgeworld only to have it obliterated in the Heresy or invaded during the Great Crusade? Or should I find a farther Forgeworld that might have been on a campaign path that has a similar color scheme?

Keep in mind that the myriad taghma of the Mechanicum, at least in 30k, have their own heraldry & panoply based on more than just the forge world of origin. You could say that the colours you want to use are particular to the magos leading your force. For all we know, the orange Ryza scheme originates after the Heresy.
