A wet pallette is a little tray lined with wet paper towel that has a sheet of butcher's paper placed over it. The idea is that the butcher's paper absorbs the water from the wet paper towel beneath but when a small dollop of paint is placed on the butcher's paper it won't flood the paint and let it be runny. It keeps your paint wet for a longer period of time than if it were placed on a regular paint pallette.

That was an overly complicated way of explaining a wet pallette but there you go happy.png!

My fiancé just actually ordered me an Iwata Eclipse kit smile.png i don't get it until Christmas though :/ any tips for thinning the paints?

What does wet pallette mean?

Some people just use water to thin their paints, but most use an acrylic thinner. GW's Lahmian medium is an acrylic thinner. I prefer Lifecolor's thinner https://airbrushes.com/product_info.php?products_id=3193 . For around $10 (you maybe able to find it cheaper on Ebay) you get 250ml which will last you a very long time. Good luck and happy painting!
