I don't think there's a 28mm Halo game out there, and sadly, the new Halo Ground Battles game coming out next year will apparently be 15mm. Shame, was hoping to kitbash some Scorpions for tanks of some kind.

 

I can vouch for Anvil Industry being a great company with great sculpts, but I think that Instigator is probably going to be a bit too small to be a Taurox. If your opponents are fine with it then go for it, though!

The Halo Warthog from McFarlane collectibles (pictured above) often turns up on EBay and is the perfect scale for 28mm gaming. I have seen conversions with Cadian drivers that look very cool indeed :)

It does look a little bit smaller, but it's hard to tell without a direct comparison.
