Primarchs and Myers-Briggs types !

I think Roboute has the J as efficiency and achieving objectives are at the core of his being.

The ENTP has trouble following through with their good ideas and challenge of the status quo. Where I think Guillimans empire is a testament to him being more of a closer.

Plus his whole difficulty with dealing with emotion, both his own and others. Though that seems to be a common trait amongst his superhuman brothers regardless haha!

Sanguinius as ENFJ? INFP's are chronically clumsy, disorganised and find social interaction draining (my lady friend is one, so is a source of eternal wonder and frustration). I think Sanguinius as the charismatic leader who cares for his legion seems to fit that type.

Yeah, I answered the test how I figured Sanguinius would, and got protagonist (ENFJ) and it fit perfectly.

Edited the OP to add Roboute as ENTJ since it seems to be consistent with several interpretations here !

Keep them going ! As a side note, as of now I'll only add to the OP Primarchs Types that were validated by at least 2 people smile.png

EDIT : How about ENTP for Horus ? I admit I haven't read much of the fluff regarding the SoH being a Loyalist at heat, but from what I can make in HH1:Betrayal, he seems like a pretty intuitive and flexible person. It says that structure within the Legion was really uncodified with company strength going from 36 to 972, with a good preference for Tactical Squads and flexibility. His skill seems to steam more from intuition rather than cold analysis, and compared to Fulgrim he is more swift than patient.

So we've got two trained posters in the profession saying you can't assign MB ratings to other people, and people are still doing it.

Well in the spirit of fun, as an ESPN (because for some reason we have to identify our own personality types so everyone knows we are like our favorite Primarch), I feel like I should point out that my particular MB personality type is most apt to describe only the best things about myself, and completely ignore the fact it points towards sociopathic behavior, stunted emotional growth, and an underdeveloped ability to adjust to the demands of adult life.

Edit: next how about we do Primarch credit scores!?

Well I didn't equate my score to Sanguinius, I got debater for myself.

I took the test a second time and answered it how I thought Sanguinius would (based on lore and actual decisions). He got the exact score that fits Sanguinius's personality (protagonist). It fits his description perfectly.

Anyways, if you think its stupid, you don't have to take part, or even come into the thread where people are having fun. Someone can easily look at *your* hobbies and say the exact same thing. Would you like that? You probably would say you didn't care, but you would still think the same thing, "you don't have to be involved"

And without offense to the trained psychology professionnals here, it is easy enough to approximate the results of a MBTI test for someone as long as you truly understand what stands behind the 4 letters. The goal here isn't to make a clinical assessment of the Primarchs, but rather have fun putting them into different types and see how it fits.

Back to Guilliman, I'd love to get back to the ENTP vs ENTJ types. Simply on how well he can adapt to situations rather than sticking to a plan and seeing it through (from a tactical level at least). Well, that only comes from Know No Fear and Imperium Secundus.
