Is this simply to hide the back armour or is there some other purpose I'm not seeing? Morticon Posted October 22, 2015 Author Share Posted October 22, 2015 Its partly for the extra inch! The secondary reason is if they get blown up before movement (for seizes). If they do, they are almost 2" closer to the enemy than they would facing front-on. Also, if the fire-power coming their way is too heavy, or if they will march into a deathzone, I deploy behind the rhino, giving them full protection from further fire. Well spotted! What overarching Detachment are you looking to use? The first list gives you more balance throughout but does look a little light as 1k. The second goes in hard at 1k but if you are countered then what's left wont do much.
