Dantay VI
Hi, How do the FW character series models scale up to regular FW Space Marines. More specifically the non-Primarch models. I am considering getting Polux and turning him into a breacher sergeant/ centurion type, but if he is massively bigger than a regular marine, then I will not go down that route. Thanks Danny Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/314549-character-series-scaling/ Share on other sites
Lord Blackwood
well pollux in the fluff was suppoused to be extremely large for a marine , sigismund is just a tad bit larger than the Templar Brethren. Kizzdougs
Eidolon is bigger than a 'standard' marine and I'm pretty sure Khârn is too. From what I've heard, Polux is fairly large. Dantay VI
Hmmm, I was just debating as to whether they would get away with being an assault or breacher sergeant, who in the full-ness of time might become a centurion type :) I lost a mark 3 marine from one of my assault squads so it is now a 9 man unit. I always fancied doing a Lord Executioner style jump infantry model to run with them. Or boost a breacher into the assault squad and put in a brutal sergeant type model in the front rank of my Breacher line... Balthamal
Thing with Polux is he's described in the novels as being absolutely huge for an Astartes. When he meets Gulliman he isn't craning his neck to look up at him. I don't think there's any issue using him to be honest, providing you manage to do a decent base for him Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/314549-character-series-scaling/#findComment-4189566 Share on other sites
Marshal Rohr
The character models are noticeable larger than line troopers. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/314549-character-series-scaling/#findComment-4189641 Share on other sites
