Halandaar
Hi all, does anybody have any recommendations with regard to a good, strong (and preferably cheap) putty for modelling? I'm in the process of magnetising the weapons on an Imperial Knight so need something to hold the magnets inside the "sockets" on the weapons. Any suggestions? Thanks! Grotsmasha
As long as the magnets won't be seen, super glue is much more effective at holding magnets in a slot rather than puttying over them. If you're intent on putty, Green Stuff via eBay or Amazon is significantly cheaper in larger quantities than you'll get from GW. Gurth
If the sockets are a tight fight for the magnets, use superglue as recommended. If they fit but not very tightly, use two-part epoxy glue, as that will fill small gaps much better than superglue will.
