Originally, back in third edition 40k, I had several non-khorne models that I had in my world eaters army. Then when fourth edition came out, there was a world eaters specific army list, that stated that all units had to have the mark of khorne. As such, I wound up making these units into a whole new army. When I wound up making this new army, I thought black and red would be a good color combo. The original plan back when was to get one of the old metal bloodthirsters and have it fused to the hull (sort of like the nurgle tank in the 2nd ed. chaos codex)...then the balrog model from LotR came out and I thought that would look so much cooler, but never got around to buying one. Soulcrusher6669 Posted July 5, 2018 Author Share Posted July 5, 2018 The large skull parts are made out of green stuff, the smaller skeletons are vampire counts skeletons, the swords are evil craft chaos swords, and the circles underneath are brass washers I found at my local hardware store.
