Oh it's simple.

You do that:

Jump up and down go and move it all around

Shake your head to the sound

Put your hand on the ground

Take one step left

And one step right

One to the front and one to the side

Clap your hands once

And clap your hands twice

And if it looks like this

Then you are doing it right

The two rules are equally applicable, and equally specific. The most important rule of the 40K rulebook (literally, there's a box called "The Most Important Rule"; which states that "there are bound to be occasions where a situation is not covered by the rules... be prepared to Interpret a rule or come up with a suitable solution... [paraphrasing;] if not, roll off"

 

This is irressistible force paradox here. Both state absolutes that directly infringe on one another. Bear in mind that you do not get Rites of War, and you cannot ally in Death Guard if you take Mortarion as the Lord of War, forcing the Leviathan to be Death Guard as well.
