Thousand Eyes Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 The only thing I can say is go back over your models to remove the mould lines before priming them, although a few generally sneak through. The baneblade, however, has enough room for me to actually build a larger version of my original emblem idea. The first thing I needed to do was figure out how I wanted to do the ring around the skeleton. I thought some large metal washers might work, so I took a trip to my local hardware store. Much to my delight, I found some brass washers. I'm also considering using one of the new plastic necromunda goliath models for the tank commander (specifically the one I saw that had a gas mask). Soulcrusher6669 Posted July 6, 2018 Author Share Posted July 6, 2018 I've managed to get two more models completed since my last post. The first one is my daemon prince. Originally I had planned to use enchanted blue for his skin tone (mainly to differenciate him from all the khornate daemons I have) but unfortunately it had dried up during years of storage. Then I thought of a new plan: paint the skin tone base lothern blue and he membranes of the wings wazdakka red, then shade the whole thing with drakenhof nightshade.
