So the Spartan has been recast? What about the Typhon?

Someone on the forum informed me that the kit has recently been re-done, and the tracks are now a part of the main body which resolves a lot of the issues with badly cast bits...

Anyways, I might get a Typhon as a little bday treat, but I won't bother just yet if they haven't updated it...

Sweet! Thanks all!

Lol I will be hated by my friends if I put one of these on the table :-P

Yeah, its great isnt it!?! biggrin.png

*looks at the Typhon bought 4 months ago with the separate tracks that's still in the bag unbuilt*

....aww crap.

All Spartan chassis are updated now, they did it 'cause we will get a command variant too^^

Can't afford/justify more from FW...

Oh come now!

You have Redundant Organs you dont need that someone on the Black Market is willing to pay for!

The thought of an Eldar Scatterbike player crying cheese when facing a Typhon. Hmmmmmm. I need one in my life.

There is nothing sweeter that the tears of Tau cheese mongers, DA 2+ jink savers and eldar bike and serpent spammers.

On the upside i brought a typhon not knowing the reputation the kit had. Came with one piece track units and went together easier than a rhino.

I was gonna get one on Sunday, but after the Spartan, Xiphon, Dracosian, Lightning and ... you get the picture :)

The guy tempted me the most by saying it's got the new & improved track moulding, so a definite confirmation by a FW employee in person for ya! Sadly/Joyfully they'd sold out of Typhon kits by the time I'd returned so I was spared the expense!

Dat Dreadhammer do. Nom.

A Primarch would kick the Typhon's Ceramite butt in combat :-P

I do agree however, you need to have a plan to utilise a Primarch, but at the same time they are the most unique and interesting thing about 30k

On the plus side, you can include both in big games!

Depends on the Primarch, sadly good old morty can't touch AV14 bar a glance with his shooter.

I do agree though, but I'm not sure what an opponent will worry more about, bit hitty man or big deletion cannon...
