Never used this format before and I find it a little confusing.

Would like to take my sisters to it but don't know how the system overly works, CAD is necessary as per the tournaments actual rules.

Points are at 1350, it will be six games of rulebook scenarios. I just want to know what to paint of my force and what further to get as the whole army needs to be painted to be entered.

Right. So basically every unit is given a comp score, which adds up and will impact your tournament score.

Lower Comp Score = better. There's no actual limit to your comp score, but your wins will mean less if it's too high.

The Detachment rules basically mean you can only have one CAD, which means that if you want a second detachment, it has to be Allies or one of the other detachments not on that big list of Large Detachments. If you have a detachment of a single unit (such as a lone Inquisitor or an Assassin), you can have a third Detachment.

Cumulative Cost - if you have more of certain units, the comp score of each of those units goes up depending on the table.

General rules - it's pretty clear in the document. If you're running pure Sisters, you can basically ignore them all except the flier and transport rules (all fliers are comp score 2, immolators, repressors and exorcists have comp scores as per the table) and potentially the model count (although you're unlikely to have more than 50 models on the board, so you can probably ignore that one too).

Basically, just build your army. Your Comp Score will probably be between 4 and 10 depending on how many Repressors and Exorcists you use, and if you decide to bring drop pods.
