Emperors Teeth
Huh... apparently they were £36 on release. I thought they were less. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/315397-forgeworld-raising-their-prices/#findComment-4209185 Share on other sites
Charlo
Honestly, it's really not a big raise on things bar the spartan and such (which I think grew by £15?) but it's all relative. Sure a few quid less well off but it's mostly the cost of aa couple pints etc. The liver will thank you :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/315397-forgeworld-raising-their-prices/#findComment-4209196 Share on other sites
Deekthegreat
Yea but i really wanted to get stuff but they raised prices. The amount wasn't alot you just see a subtle price raise probably to take the hit for gw selling the board game i suppose Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/315397-forgeworld-raising-their-prices/#findComment-4209268 Share on other sites
Knight of the Raven
The ironclad dreadnought and its arms took a price hike too, so it's not only the models exclusive to the Horus Heresy. norngahl
If they invest in better molds, let them increase the prices for about what.. 3 pounds?! :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/315397-forgeworld-raising-their-prices/#findComment-4209285 Share on other sites
Black_out
There was a thread mentioning this yesterday too. According to several different peoplw this seems to occur every year around this time, holiday inflation I suppose? I don't recall mention on whether the prices return to normal afterward though. You're more likely to see the Statue of Liberty start breakdancing with the Eiffel Tower by the Rio Grande to Tiny Tim's Living in the Sunlight, Loving in the Moonlight than to ever witness Games Workshop lower their prices.
