Corswain
Yeah he does, sees his own death. Whole reason for his slide into insanity. Sevatar gets it from Daddy! Corswain
All good and actually, exactly my point. Curze has it in fluff but not rules. Sanguinius should be the same. b1soul
Both Sev and Curze have combat precog... Before Unremembered Empire...Curze's precognition seemed to be similar to Sang's, i.e. visions of how he's going to die in some non-immediate future. Abnett gave him Jedi-like combat precog Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/315515-where-will-sanguinius-rank-among-the-primarchs/page/8/#findComment-4216821 Share on other sites
Arkangilos
The difference is Kurz only sees the worst of the future. He then fulfills it, ensuring only the worst happens. Sanguinius sees any number of them, more like a farseer. Tychii
Curze has the same visions as sevatar, only stronger. When thinking of psychic mastery lvls you all have to remember that lorgar and Magnus are going to be the only ones with powers. And unless you think sanguinis is a more powerf psycher then lorgar, pre-transfigured, then he doesn't get a mastery lvl. Why would sanguiniis get a 5" blast that is str10 ap2? Because he flys down to the earth as a flaming comet, when does he do that? I think it will be a vector strike, and seeing as he already will be a jump/jet pack maybe even fly model. His stats and str will not be stronger then horus, while he might even cost more then him. DuskRaider
Sanguinius would probably fall somewhere between Horus and Angron. They're the three most physically powerful Primarchs, with each one having the potential to trump the other. Rules wise, I couldn't tell you but I'd expect him to be quite potent. b1soul
Post Ascension Horus would just be hopped up on Warp power a la Luther...Horus isn't a psyker Kor Phaeron isn't a psyker either...he's more of a sorcerer. Ishagu
That's the same thing. Psyker and sorceror are the sme thing. Not necessarily. There are people in the lore who have no psychic power, but know rituals that make use of warp powers. Terminus
There's a slight difference between the Burning Lore (and other sorcery like Enuncia, which may well be the same thing), and traditional psychic powers. The sorcery seems more of a primordial language that lets one thin the veil between reality and the warp, which can be furthered along with the typical bloody sacrifices and black voodoo shenanigans. Psykers are in a way as much warp creatures as they are living beings, hence they act as walking, talking holes in the veil. That's why untrained psykers get randomly possessed by daemons, while sorcerers usually bite it by summing a daemon in the first place, and then making a mistake in binding it or even just striking a poor bargain.
