Is this Stracken/Bullgryn idea rules-legal?

This army list is overcosted and ridiculous, that aside I'm wondering if it is legal.

IG - Ally Grey Knights

--

IG:

Command Squad

Stracken

4 vets - meltaguns

+Nork

Dedicated transport: Chimera

Unit of bullgryns w mauls

Unsure about rest of IG list so far, question is mainly about separating/attaching Stracken & Nork

Grey Knights:

Some HQ/Troop choice

Heavy Support - Land Raider

At start of game, separate Stracken/Nork from command squad, attach to bullgryns, load that unit up in Land Raider

4x Melta vets start embarked in Chimera

Is that legal according to the rules?

I know this isn't optimal, I just have Stracken and have wanted to make some sort of melee unit for quite a while.

Well, if you're wanting that setup might I recommend the following:

HQ-

CCS w/ Straken

Support Staff (Psykers and Priests are probably best for this)

Elt-

Bullgryns x10

Troops-

Stuff in troops

Probably more stuff in troops

Hvy or FA-

We're IG so probably yet more stuff

LoW-

Gorgon Assault Transport

Place that expensive as heck deathstar, accompanied by priests and within Straken's aura, in the Gorgon, point and kill.

Dang... wrote this post at work and didn't realize he was not an IC.

That is cool that his counter-attack/furious charge is a 6" aura tho... was thinking that was only his unit.

He is such a cool character, but so expensive ><

I have just finished a straken command squad, added nork and a priest, gave them carapace and plasma guns due to relentless trait and although I haven't used it in game yet I imagine 9 plasma shots, 2 lasgun shots and Norks ripper gun shouldn't leave much left that can contend with straken and nork with the priests buffs?

If you can get some ogryns and a combined platoon into the same charge to benefit from furious charge then you might be able to take out a whole marine? ;)
