A solid list. I run dual Spartans with despoilers and it's a lot of fun

 

Huzzah! I think it suits World Eaters most splendidly, I hope. Now to play the waiting game for my upgrade kits. I think I like this list best, thanks guys.

 

As an additional musing, how would you enhance this to 3k? I am thinking of giving the despoilers bolters and:

 

Adding 2 Contemptors with Kheres/Chainfists to advance with the Spartans.

 

Adding 5 Red Butchers into a Dreadclaw (devourer with cfist & thunderhammer)

 

Adding 10 Rampagers into a Dreadclaw (No idea on weapon loadout)

 

Thoughts?

Puts them in between a rock (Butchers) and a Hard Place (Angron) and which to deal with first since both will mulch things.

Also consider a 3rd Troops choice so you can run Berserker Assault at 3k. Won't need Chaplains as much when everything has Hatred!

As I posted in the tactica section, my current list idea is now incorporating some Auxilia allies.

 

I think my favourite is the more aggressive Auxilia detachment - what do you think?

2x Vanquishers w/Lascannon w/Multilas pintle w/AC

 

This would provide a far more aggressive force. The Vanquishers can outflank, to hopefully create a sort of hammer/anvil of "do I engage the highly capable tank hunting vanquishers behind me" or "do I try to stop the Spartans"

 

The demodrac helps secure objectives to compensate for the inductii. Demolishes things in general while doing so.
