I need alot for a project I'm planning, but I scoured ebay and found nothing. Also, I've checked third party sellers such as anvil industries , puppetswar, maxmini, etc. to find a similar jump pack with a single thruster. Closest one I've found was spellcrow's, but their design is stupid as it has the auxiliary thrusters pointing up instead of down. Terrible. Online retailers sell them for about $20-25 a box, and you'll get 5 jump packs and a host of other bits. It's indeed possible to get it cheaper if you're lucky, like Moggimus' link, but I have found they're sold out pretty consistently. And if you buy the full Sanguinary Guard box, you could always try to sell of the bits you don't need.
