The Grim Badger
Just a light bit of conversion work tonight. Still very much a WIP but this guy represents the start of my second 30k project, Night Lords :) Let me know what ya'll think! http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n240/mankindben/Mobile%20Uploads/image.jpeg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/315964-boc-chaplain-night-lords-conversion/ Share on other sites
Hesh Kadesh
I can't help but feel the glaive is at an odd angle, the blade being held with the flat of the blade perpendicular to the fist striking angle. Other than that, a neat little conversion. The head in particular is particularly sinister with the bear head. The Grim Badger
Yeah the angle of blade was my fault :p it's pinned, and the pilot hole went off at an angle, this was the only way to make it sit flush with the shaft. It didn't bother me too much because he is holding the weapon at rest while he fires his pistol, I figured he'd be pretty comfortable with it being close to his face by this point :p Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/315964-boc-chaplain-night-lords-conversion/#findComment-4223567 Share on other sites

Corswain
Looks good, was thinking pretty much the same. Is that the toe of a raptors boot you've used there? Odd use for the piece but it works. :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/315964-boc-chaplain-night-lords-conversion/#findComment-4223683 Share on other sites

Apostle of the 30th Host
Love this guy! Great work mate! :) I just started a thread where everyone can post pictures of the Betrayal at Calth conversions as inspiration for everyone else. Would love it if you would add this guy there as well as any other work you may do. Cheers! Brother Heinrich
The head looks overlarge and the backpack raptor claw looks out of place. Other than that I'd say he's off to a good start.
