General Background: Like many within the ranks of the Knight’s Errant, Strike Force Artemis was formed during the dark days of the Horus Heresy from those space marines that have sacrificed their place in their Legion to serve the Emperor. While some Knight Errants were tasked with building the foundations of the Inquisition, Strike Force Artemis was given the task of weakening the Archtraitors forces before they began their assault on Terra itself.

Notable campaigns/battles

After the events of Istavaan V, it is believed that because of the efforts of Strike Force Artemis that several legionaires hailing from the Shattered Legions were rescued from the planet ++REDACTED++ following their capture

Additional Notes

One notable feature with Strike Force Artemis is that some members still continued to use Mark IV Maximus armour even though they had the ability to requisition Mark VI Corvus armour which was considered the most advanced armour in it’s time. Another noteworthy detail is that some legionaires bore an item from their former legion though the reasoning varies depending on the legionaire in question.

It would be nice to have a bit more detail about this strike force. As it stands, your article is a bit bare. Perhaps you could talk about its composition, its leadership, a few other operations it was allegedly part of, and why they insist on keeping Mk IV armour instead of moving on to Mk VI if they have access to it?

Yeah, I do have to say I was just wanting to get at least the skeleton of the idea up itself and keep on updating as I came up with ideas. About the choice of sticking with Mk4, I like the idea of soldiers who have used a certain mark of armour and like it so much that they'd rather stick it rather than move on because they have been through hell and know the armour will hold up. Thanks for the input though :)

Well, I'm sure you have plenty of new ideas to add by now ;)

About the Mk IV armour, that's a cool idea and I can definitely understand the reasoning, but you need to add it to your article now! Chop chop!
