So, Lorgar's powers. I can't quite decide on what I should do. When he's in a Spartan he won't be using them much, obviously, but if I have the Gal Vorbak on foot, I would probably do Precognition, Levitation, and Objuration Mechanicum, for defense and speed. When in a terminator squad, I'm thinking Foreboding, Precognition, and Misfortune (plus Prescience for free!) for utility. If I really feel like it, then when joined to the heavy support squad, Perfect Timing, Summoning, and Sacrifice for lots of ignores cover missile launchers and daemonic fun.
