omnivision6
Title says it all gentlemen. I have no idea how to model pheonix spears for my HQs and Palentine Blades. Please feed me your knowledge. Pictures would be awesome as well. Slips
If you're in the market for Terminators, Phoenix Guard have Phoenix Spears. Grey Knights also have Halberds aplenty. Otherwise, take a Staff Weapon, clip the head and place a Blade on there. omnivision6
What staff weapons? Greg knight bits? I have a unit of pheonix termies. They look awesome but may be a bit too pricey to bit out ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/317230-how-to-model-pheonix-spears/#findComment-4254222 Share on other sites
Slips
Things like Force Staves found on libbies. or thunderhammers with the head clipped off. Grey Knights in PA or TDA have Nemesis Force Halberds enough for the # of marines in the box and should be easy enough to find on bits sites. Quixus
If you want something more exotic that looks similar to the weapons of the Phoenix Guard, take a brass rod and a blade from the various eldar, dark eldar or elven weapons. Cut the weapon below the cross guard and mount it on the rod. I think this blade would capture the EC style particularly well.
